Job Description
- Work directly with customers to learn about the software business that needs to be met, then materialize & documentize the requirements into URD – User Requirement Document.
- Explain to Developers and Testers to understand clearly the expectations and business of customers to build correctly software.
- Participate in software acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the requirements of customers.
- Other duties as directed by the Board of Directors or Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Good at Written and Verbal communication in Vietnamese & English
- Good thinking, agile, grasping problems quickly.
- Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information
- Ability to write documents, communicate well, and present problems well.
- Experience in using tools to support the building of requirements analysis documents like MS Office, and Balsamiq Mockup (can be trained).
Will be a strength if:
- University degree in Banking or Technology.
- Have experience in equivalent positions.
