Job Description

  • Analyze market trends (partners, end-users, competitors, substitute products and services, new entrants) and statistic 7P (price, place, product, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) from the competitors and compare with company’s service to show the differences and recommend improvements to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Research, gather and analyze the end-user experience (UI/UX) of the end-user in interacting with the services and drive improvements by co-operating with partners, BA and SO (Service owner) teams.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Do competitor analyze on assigned services
  • Do our Service analyze such as: function, feature, pricing, service performance
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives with both running and will be launched services.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or related field
  • 1 year of experience
  • Fluent English phase/life cycle of projects/services
  • Positive attitude/Service mind based, good interpersonal relationship
  • Willing to work a shift

  • Computer skill/ internet usage
  • Negotiation, problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
